Teach Calendar

1. Nature of the Service and Subscription

Teach Calendar is a monthly subscription application designed to help self-employed professionals, teachers, trainers, and small businesses manage schedules, classes, and bookings with their clients or students.
By subscribing, the Professional User expressly agrees to the automatic monthly charge for the selected plan.

All subscriptions renew automatically on the 1st of each month.
If a user subscribes after that date (for example, on the 20th), a proportional charge will be applied for the remaining days of the month. Starting the following month, the full monthly fee will be billed.

2. General Refund Policy

Teach Calendar does not issue refunds for completed payments, except in the specific cases outlined below.
Once the subscription is activated and service access is granted, the payment is considered final and non-refundable.

No refunds will be granted if:

• The application is functioning properly as described.
• The user or their students are not satisfied with the app, find it unintuitive, or difficult to use.
• The app does not meet personal or professional expectations.
• The purchase was made by mistake.
• The free 7-day trial period has expired and the subscription was not canceled in time. Teach Calendar is not responsible if users forget to cancel their free trial.

If the user cancels their subscription, they may continue to use the service until the end of the current billing cycle, but no refunds will be issued for unused days.

3. Exceptional Refunds

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

• Verified technical errors that prevent normal app functionality and are directly attributable to Teach Calendar.
• When the application has been non-functional for more than 30% of the billing period, due to issues caused by Teach Calendar.

In such cases, Teach Calendar may issue a proportional refund for the unused portion of the service or apply a credit toward the next billing cycle, as appropriate.

4. Cancellations and Renewals

Users can cancel their subscriptions at any time through their account settings.
Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund; it simply prevents future charges.
After cancellation, access to premium features remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Teach Calendar may send automated reminders or renewal notices, but the responsibility to cancel on time lies solely with the user.

5. Acceptance of This Policy

By registering and subscribing to Teach Calendar, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and expressly accepted the terms of this Refund Policy.

Teach Calendar

1. Naturaleza del servicio y suscripción

Teach Calendar es una aplicación de suscripción mensual que permite a profesionales independientes, profesores, entrenadores y pequeñas empresas gestionar horarios, clases y reservas con sus clientes o alumnos.
Al suscribirse, el Usuario Profesional acepta expresamente el cobro automático del importe correspondiente al plan contratado, con renovación mensual.

Todas las suscripciones se renuevan el día 1 de cada mes.
Si un usuario se suscribe en una fecha posterior (por ejemplo, el día 20), se aplicará un cobro proporcional correspondiente a los días restantes del mes. A partir del mes siguiente, la facturación será completa.

2. Política general de reembolsos

Teach Calendar no ofrece reembolsos por pagos ya realizados, salvo en los casos expresamente contemplados en esta política.
Una vez activada la suscripción y habilitado el acceso al servicio, el pago se considera definitivo y no reembolsable.

No se concederán reembolsos cuando:

• La aplicación funcione correctamente según sus características descritas.
• El usuario o sus alumnos no estén satisfechos con la experiencia, la interfaz o la facilidad de uso.
• El usuario considere que la aplicación no se adapta a sus necesidades personales o profesionales.
• La compra se haya realizado por error o por descuido.
• El período de prueba gratuito de 7 días haya finalizado y no se haya cancelado la suscripción antes de su vencimiento. Teach Calendar no se hace responsable de que los usuarios olviden cancelar su prueba gratuita.

En caso de cancelación voluntaria de la suscripción, el usuario podrá seguir utilizando la aplicación hasta que finalice el período mensual en curso, sin derecho a reembolso por los días no utilizados.

3. Reembolsos excepcionales

Se considerará la posibilidad de reembolso únicamente en los siguientes casos:

• Errores técnicos verificables que impidan el funcionamiento normal de la aplicación y sean imputables a Teach Calendar.
• Cuando la aplicación no haya estado operativa o funcional durante más del 30% del período mensual contratado, por causas atribuibles al servicio.

En tales casos, Teach Calendar podrá devolver la parte proporcional correspondiente al tiempo no disfrutado o aplicar un crédito equivalente en la próxima facturación, según corresponda.

Para solicitar un reembolso por alguno de estos motivos, el usuario deberá contactar con el equipo de soporte a través de:

indicando el motivo de la solicitud y proporcionando evidencias del fallo o interrupción del servicio.

4. Cancelaciones y renovaciones

El usuario puede cancelar su suscripción en cualquier momento desde su cuenta.
La cancelación no implica un reembolso automático, sino que evita futuros cobros.
Una vez cancelada, el acceso a las funcionalidades premium permanecerá activo hasta el final del ciclo de facturación actual.

Teach Calendar enviará recordatorios automáticos o notificaciones relacionadas con renovaciones o vencimientos, aunque la responsabilidad de cancelar a tiempo recae exclusivamente en el usuario.

5. Aceptación de esta política

Al registrarse y suscribirse a Teach Calendar, el usuario declara haber leído y comprendido la presente Política de Reembolsos, aceptando expresamente las condiciones aquí descritas.
