1. Objeto
Los presentes Términos y Condiciones regulan el acceso, uso y funcionamiento de la aplicación Teach Calendar (en adelante, la “Aplicación”), desarrollada para ayudar a autónomos, profesores, entrenadores y pequeñas empresas (en adelante, los “Usuarios Profesionales”) a gestionar horarios, reservas y clases con sus clientes o alumnos (en adelante, los “Usuarios Finales”).
Al registrarse o utilizar la Aplicación, el Usuario acepta los presentes Términos y Condiciones. Si no está de acuerdo con ellos, deberá abstenerse de usar la Aplicación.
2. Descripción del servicio
Teach Calendar permite:
- Crear y gestionar calendarios y horarios de clases o sesiones.
- Permitir reservas, cancelaciones y recordatorios automáticos.
- Configurar disponibilidad y turnos.
- Facilitar la comunicación entre profesional y cliente.
La Aplicación no ofrece servicios educativos ni actúa como intermediario en los pagos entre las partes, salvo que se indique expresamente y su funcionalidad lo permita.
3. Registro y cuentas de usuario
Para utilizar la Aplicación, el Usuario debe registrarse proporcionando datos veraces y actualizados.
El Usuario es responsable de:
- Mantener la confidencialidad de sus credenciales.
- Toda actividad realizada desde su cuenta.
Teach Calendar podrá suspender o eliminar cuentas que incumplan estos Términos o realicen actividades fraudulentas, abusivas o ilegales.
4. Uso permitido
El Usuario se compromete a:
- Usar la Aplicación con fines legítimos y de acuerdo con la ley.
- No utilizarla para enviar spam, contenido ofensivo, discriminatorio o difundir información falsa.
- No alterar, copiar o redistribuir el software sin autorización. De hacerlo, será considerado un plagio legalmente y se podrá incurrir en acciones legales.
Teach Calendar podrá restringir el acceso ante usos indebidos.
5. Planes, precios y pagos
Ciertas funciones pueden estar sujetas a suscripción o pago.
- Los precios y condiciones se informarán claramente antes de contratar.
- Los pagos se gestionan mediante plataformas de terceros seguras.
- No se ofrecen reembolsos salvo obligación legal o error técnico imputable a Teach Calendar.
- Teach Calendar tiene una suscripción mensual y en función de la modalidad o servicios ofrecidos. El usuario profesional se compromete a pagar el importe del plan elegido según lo estipulado en la tabla de precios.
- Teach Calendar tiene planes personalizados a clientes que lo solicitan cuyo precio puede variar
Teach Calendar se reserva el derecho de modificar planes y tarifas previa notificación al Usuario.
6. Limitación de responsabilidad
Teach Calendar no se hace responsable de:
- Cancelaciones, impagos o incumplimientos entre profesionales y clientes.
- Fallos en el servicio causados por terceros o incidencias técnicas.
- Pérdida de datos no imputable directamente a la empresa.
El Usuario es el único responsable del uso de la Aplicación y de los datos introducidos.
7. Propiedad intelectual e industrial
Todo el contenido, diseño, logotipos y código fuente de Teach Calendar son propiedad exclusiva de sus titulares o están licenciados debidamente.
Queda prohibida su reproducción, distribución o modificación sin autorización expresa.
8. Protección de datos y privacidad
